Raise the curtains: Concerts take centre stage again at Caesars Windsor!





Windsor, ON – As capacity restrictions are further eased for venues with vaccination requirements, Caesars Entertainment (NASDAQ: CCZR) (“Caesars” or “the Company”) today announced The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor, the premiere entertainment venue in Southwestern Ontario, will reopen to world-class entertainers beginning Saturday, December 11, 2021. Following more than 18 months of sitting quiet, the award-winning theatre will reopen with REO Speedwagon, followed by The Tenors, Alice Cooper, Slash, and Shinedown. In addition to opening The Colosseum, the province has announced the easing of capacity restrictions for all locations with vaccination certificate mandates. “As we get back to full capacity and in-person shows, we are thankful for the support we have received from our employees and guests during these challenging times,” said Laforet.


The Colosseum line-up includes the following artists:


REO Speedwagon on December 11, 2021 at 9:00 p.m. - The critically acclaimed, classic rock band, REO Speedwagon will return to The Colosseum stage. After 10 studio albums, REO Speedwagon has reached legendary status with a string of 80s hit songs that have stood the test of time including chart-topping power ballads. The Tenors Santa’s Wish Tour on December 19, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. - JUNO Award-winning and multi-platinum selling vocal group The Tenors are returning to The Colosseum with their Santa’s Wish Tour performing holiday hits in the spirit of the season along with Special Guest Tyler Shaw. Alice Cooper on January 27, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. - Shock rocker, singer-songwriter, musician and actor, Alice Cooper continues to deliver a live show like no other. Classics like "Under My Wheels", "I'm Eighteen", "School's Out", "Poison", "Billion Dollar Babies" and "No More Mr. Nice Guy" are just a few of his hits from one of the greatest catalogues in rock and roll. Shinedown on February 23, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. - Hailed for their high-octane live shows, Shinedown continues to engender diehard love from millions of global fans and has racked up countless sold-out tours and festival headlining sets, propelled by their world-class showmanship and the undeniable power of frontman Brent Smith’s voice. Slash on March 4, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. - Legendary guitarist, songwriter, and musician, Slash, known as the lead guitarist for Guns 'N Roses, is often considered one of the greatest guitarists in rock. The top hat-wearing, Les-Paul smashing, frizzy-haired beast unleashed his brand new album in 2018, Living the Dream, collaborating with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. Bachman Cummings: Together Again, Live in Concert on March 11, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. - Canada’s most celebrated musicians and songwriters Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings have written some of the greatest songs of the last 50 years. Together theirs is undoubtedly the Great Canadian Songbook. (Tickets on sale now)
