DETROIT (April 7, 2026) – The Rocket Classic Presented by AlumniFi today announced tickets are on sale at RocketClassic.com. Fans can purchase packages and explore new parking options to enjoy Detroit’s PGA TOUR tournament, which will be held at the newly renovated Detroit Golf Club for the eighth consecutive year from July 30-August 2.
Advance ticket prices are up to 50 percent lower than 2025. Grounds tickets for the opening day of play on Thursday, July 30 are $31.30, a nod to Detroit’s 313 area code. Friday’s second round tickets begin at $48, while admission for Saturday and Championship Sunday start at $58. Advance pricing is available through June 30, encouraging fans to purchase early for the best value before prices increase to $68 for Thursday and Friday and $78 for Saturday and Sunday.
New parking options for this year’s Rocket Classic will be available at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield and Oakland Mall in Troy, providing added convenience for fans traveling along The Lodge and I-75. VIP parking will remain at the University of Detroit Mercy. Round-trip shuttle service will be offered between all parking locations and Detroit Golf Club.
Availability is limited, and fans are urged to purchase parking in advance with their tickets.
The updates to ticket pricing and parking are part of a broader set of fan-focused initiatives to be introduced this year, all aimed at making the Rocket Classic one of the most accessible and community-centered events on the PGA TOUR.
“Fan feedback continues to guide how we evolve the Rocket Classic, and we’ve consistently heard how much convenience matters, especially when it comes to parking. Adding locations at Lawrence Tech and Oakland Mall makes it easier for fans across the metro area to get to the tournament and enjoy the experience,” said Rocket Classic tournament director Mark Hollis. “Expanded parking and lower ticket prices mean we’re opening the gates to more people. With the course renovation at Detroit Golf Club set to significantly change how the tournament is played, this year will feel new and exciting, and we want as many fans as possible to be part of it.”
The Detroit Golf Club has undergone a $16 million restoration that returns the course to Donald Ross’ original 1914 vision while also increasing its level of difficulty. The result is a refreshed, historically authentic layout that offers fans a unique opportunity to watch the world’s best players take on a new challenge.
Grounds tickets offer a front-row seat, allowing guests to follow their favorite golfers throughout the course or relax at viewing decks that are open to fans of all ages to enjoy. Special ticket rates are available for groups of 10 or more and for students, with complimentary tickets also offered to military members and Detroit Public Schools faculty. Children 15 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticketed adult (up to four per adult).
Since 2019, the Rocket Classic has invested more than $10 million into local charitable organizations, including contributions to the event’s landmark “Changing the Course” initiative, which has played a vital role in bridging the digital divide in Detroit.
