Questions1. Who inspired you to make music?

- God, I guess. I didn’t choose music, it chose me.


2. What was your biggest learning experience from the NBC "The Voice" contestantopportunity?

- That this show could and would give me great momentum if I used the platformcorrectly.


3. How did you come up with the title name for the new single "Mighta Met A Girl"?

- That was the hook of the song so naturally, it became the title.


4. What is the most important lesson you have learned as a country musician?

- I consider myself to be a musician's musician, not just an artist who plays countrymusic. Patience is the most important.


5. How excited are you for your upcoming Grand Ole Opry debut?

- It's like Christmas morning!!!


6. What advice would you give a young upcoming independent country music artist?

- Believe in yourself more than you've ever believed in yourself.

- Get comfortable with the word NO.

- If you want something to fall back on, make it a bed.

- Always say, “Good to see you." Not, "Nice to meet you.”
